General 1. What is included with my HomeSafe product? All HomeSafe products comes complete with the USB flash memory device. A CD is used for Window’s 98 customers, instructions and tutorial are pre-loaded. Default login and password will be WCI. For your security purposes be sure to write this information down or use a login and password that you can remember as we have no way to retrieve this information. Order and Delivery 2. How long will it take to receive my order? Under most circumstances your order will be shipped within five to seven business days. 3. How do I know that you have received my order? All HomeSafe products carry a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. 8. What is your return policy? We guarantee all HomeSafe products and supporting software to be of the highest quality and standards. If for any reason you are dissatisfied or wish to return your product we will be happy to refund your money, with no questions asked. 9. I have limited computer skills. How difficult is it to add my personal information? HomeSafe is very simple to use. It is in a template format organized in folders. All that is required is that you type the information in each cell and press SAVE at the bottom of the page. 10. What is JPEG? A JPEG is an image file and is a popular way to compress and store images for use on a web site page. Both GIFs and JPEGs are the two most popular forms of image compression used on web sites. 10. What is Scanner? Scanners allow you to take a document and convert it to a jpeg file. This in turn will also allow you to take a document like your airline ticket or hotel reservation and convert it from a paper document to a jpeg picture. It is like taking a picture of your document with a camera. Only the scanner will do it for you.
